The Solace Divorce Journey is a full-service experience that guides you through the mediation and legal process of divorce. We offer flat fees to fully manage your expectations about your financial responsibilities, and provide you with love, support, compassion, and inspiration as you transition into your NEW life experience!
The entire Solace full-service journey is a fraction of the cost of a litigated divorce, and on average takes between two to four months to complete from the first mediation session to the one and only court appearance needed to legally dissolve the bonds of matrimony and enter all mediated agreements into court orders.
PRENUPTIAL and POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENTS
The Solace Prenuptial Agreement is a loving journey between two souls prior to getting legally married resulting in a written contract rooted in empowerment and love and billed hourly. The Solace Postnuptial Agreement captures the couples' intent following the marriage.
The Solace Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreement guides the couple through all necessary conversations regarding their premarital assets and debts, and also guides couples through conversations regarding marital property and what they believe to be a fair and equitable division if they divorce.
MARRIAGE "TIME OUT"
Sometimes, couples realize that they have changed, and they are not sure why, or how, this has happened, nor what to do about it. In these instances, it can often be beneficial to re-evaluate what each individual needs and, as a couple, what the future looks like.
In the Marriage "Time Out" Journey we work with couples to determine the next best steps for their marriage and provide them with support and space to decide what is best for them individually, together as a couple, and where applicable, as a family.
The Solace Post Decree Journey is for couples experiencing issues following the entry of their Judgment for Dissolution or Legal Separation. The journey is billed per hour and assists with shifting the energies from destruction and anger to empowerment and growth, thus enabling the parties to create a relationship space and reach the agreements that best serves themselves and their family.
LEGAL SEPARATION JOURNEY
The Solace Legal Separation Journey is the same legal and emotional process as the
Solace Divorce Journey and must adhere to the same State Supreme Court rules, State governing law guidance. The only difference between the two is the end result. With Legal Separation, a couple is still legally married. All mediated parenting, marital settlement division, and support agreements are made into court orders.
